We prepared a design and feasibility report redevelopment of this heritage palace to a boutique hotel with 28 Rooms. The visionary document comprised of Interior space planning, structural renovations, MEP requirements, water and electrical loading, vertical transport, operational requirements and total project cost calculations.
The palace was built in the 1920s from sandstone blocks, reinforced concrete slabs and basalt stone walls. The stone was brought from a quarry 5 km away. It is said that when the work of palace was completed, the quarry from which the stone was extracted was destroyed.

The current entrance lobby on the ground floor with inlaid marble flooring, local style wind passing jallies and the access to the grand staircase to the first floor. The unique elements of architecture will be retained in the design.
